Why soooo cute?

Why soooo cute? I super love the designs especially for the cubs. My niece will walk comfortably with the pair I bought for her. Can't wait to see her wear them. She got matching dresses for sure. Will order more!

BAD QUALITY & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I brought a pair of pumps and after 2 months the heels have started to peel! The RRP for these are $169! At this price they should never peel! I have $20 heels that haven’t peeled. After contacting the complaints department I got told it was ware and tare.

POOR QUALITY & WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had a pair of heels for 2 months and the material has started to peel on the heel and at the toe. The complaints department advised this is ware and tare. Shoes of this "quality" should not do this!

Nine West is the worst company to deal…

Nine West is the worst company to deal with, not only are their prices ugly they are quick to take your money but will never help with a lost package.
Ordered shoes for my daughters graduation and they never got delivered. 2 days to the graduation they claim they have to wait an additional 3 days before putting in a claim and that they will not replace the items and will not expedite shipping even if I reordered. The supervisor refused to speak to me and told the rep to tell me they can issue a gift card and not a refund. This is the 2nd time they have botched an order and will never take responsibility. The worst customer service experience.

Legit looks like a cheap old navy or payless shoe. The nude flats have a faux wood finish on the heel. LOL Omg. I was just shocked at the quality. They also charge a $7.50 re-stocking fee and deduct from your return!
Will not be ordering ever again due to quality and customer service issues.

Nice Collection

They have good collection of ladies handbags and footwear. Unique styles and are at different rate. Ladies will love to shop over hear.

Nine West has been my go-to shoe palace…

Nine West has been my go-to shoe palace for many years! I wear a size 5 and Nine West is the only shoes I can find in my size! The shoes are beautiful and comfortable and last FOREVER! Simple, sleek, stylish. I love the Tatiana heels. I have them in at least 4 colors! I highly recommend Nine West for anyone looking for a great pair of shoes for special occasions or everyday wear. I am in my heels 8+hours a day and my feet never hurt. Shoes come in wide, too.

Disappointing

I rate them a ZERO! I purchased 2 pairs of boots on line. They were both too tight- when I requested an exchange label I was told they were final sale. I didn't want my money back! Now I am stuck with 2 pairs of boots that I cannot wear. And every knows Nine West is NOT cheap. I work hard for my money and take great value in the things that I earn. I will never order from them again.

I placed and order almost 2 months ago

I placed and order almost 2 months ago. I called a month ago and was promised it would be shipped. I called back today and asked to speak with a supervisor he advised me the order was marked fulfilled and now its out of stock...customer service was rude and kept giving me excuses. I waited 2 months to get a refund. Ive been a long time customer and Im so disappointed... my experience was terrible and if I could score lower than a 1 I sure would. Mr. Kelly issued me a refund and a price match but I would have to give my card number over the phone to do so. No one in this company understands the customer is what builds and sustain a company not lies.

I have place order NW-560088 on Nov 27…

I have place order NW-560088 on Nov 27 for preorder boots due to ship on dec 11.Still haven't received any info when they were going to ship it and will I get it before Christmas. I spoke to 3 different people over the past week.But Chloe was so rude.I asked for her supervisor she said he/she wasn't available.I ask for a refund and she was like no.I use to love ninewest ,know I'm just very disappointed. I am so done.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Reps are dishonest and poorly trained. I will take my business elsewhere. It has become too much of a hassle to constantly call in and complain about pricing errors etc...

Horrible Customer Service

The shoes are great. The customer service is horrible, so buy at your own risk! 1) Nine West is an online shoe retailer, but it charges a restocking fee. That’s a bad business practice. 2) I recently purchased a pair of shoes that were sale. Nine West took too long to ship my order and oversold the color and size after I purchased. This shoe is sold in nearly 30 colors. It’s popular. Therefore, I rightfully told Nine West I wanted the discounted purchase price honored and wanted to select another shoe in a different color but in the same style and size that I originally purchased. That only makes sense and it’s good customer service. Well Nine West hasn’t responded. 3) They make it difficult to redeem reward points and don’t give you the 30% discount for accumulating rewards as they claim. Once you earn 3000 points, you become a 9W Rewards VIP and should get 30% of your entire order. I’ve reached the 3000 tier 5x over (that’s how much I’ve spent), but I’m still waiting on my 30% for each time I’ve reached it..... 4) I constantly have to email customer service for support regarding various orders and the company honoring its reward policy. If Nine West is going to charge a restocking fee, the least it could do is actually honor its reward policy, but I digress. Nine West merges customer support emails regarding different orders which causes confusion. Don’t do that.
I normally don’t write negative reviews, but had to in this situation. The shoes are nice, but the consistently horrible customer service, snail shipping, and restocking fees are clear indicators Nine West does not value its customers. So again, buyer beware.
